Product Returns
Did you buy a product, try it at home + didn’t love it? Not a problem!
Any opened, used product can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for exchange or account credit only. Any unopened, unused product may be returned within 90 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
*must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging in pristine condition.
Service Return
We always conduct a thorough consultation with each guest before any service is performed to ensure realistic hair goals are understood and achieved.
Due to the artistic nature of our craft, the product used + the extensive time spent - we do not issue refunds on any services. In the event you are unhappy with your hair, please contact us within 2 weeks of your service and we will be sure to adjust your color or cut complimentary with either the original stylist or a new stylist if requested + scheduling allows.
