Alicia, the founder and owner of Oliver+james Salon dreamt of creating a space in the beating heart of downtown; a means of leaving her footprint in this tiny corner of the world. She has specialized in balayage for over a decade and has a strong background in classic French haircutting. She takes pride in nurturing a welcoming culture of team, community + collaboration and hopes it’s palpable to each guest they serve.
